Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, and the contents of a support message. Our hosting providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and request logs for security and reliable operation.

ListIQ and marketplace data

ListIQ is in development. When made available, it may process listing content, listing images, and customer-review text that a seller explicitly authorizes us to access. We use this information only to provide the analysis and listing-quality recommendations the seller requests, maintain security, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell marketplace data, use it for advertising, or use seller-authorized marketplace content to train general-purpose AI models. We limit access to systems and service providers needed to operate the product. Cached marketplace content, if needed to deliver the service, is deleted within 30 days after authorization is removed or the related account is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law.

How we use information

We use information to provide and improve our website and products, respond to questions, protect against misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about a request or service you use.

Sharing and service providers

We may share limited information with providers that host, secure, analyze, or support our services, under obligations appropriate to their role. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, to resolve disputes, and to meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided to us, subject to applicable law. You may revoke a marketplace connection through the relevant platform or product settings when that capability is available.

Children

Our website and products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy as our products evolve. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material product-specific practices will be disclosed before they apply.
